Keeping with break-ups, here's some news involving one that occurred quite some time ago - that of the Saturday with the short hair and the attractive effeminate one from McFly.

The strain of the relationship's demise has been such that Dougie's admitted himself to the Priory Clinic to help him cope with it. Apparently it will take a month.

His bandmate, Tom Fletcher, posted the following on Twitter: "Obviously you're all reading rumours about Dougie. Please don't worry. We don't know what the tabloids will say tomorrow but he is in rehab. He's just been having a tough time lately and needed a few weeks rest so he's fighting fit and ready to slap that bass for you on tour." Yep, they're in the middle of promoting their tour - oh, and their new single, which was released yesterday... (I'm allowed; this one isn't for charity)

But back to the matter at hand. Of the breakup, Dougie had previously said to The Mirror: "It's cr*p, but what makes it worse is getting constant reminders. When it's a regular person, it's bad enough because you hear their name once in a while, or your mutual friends see them. But I see her bloody everywhere! In magazines, on TV, on the radio. It's horrible!"

I'm sure there'll be a flurry of fillies on tour willing to help him get over it. The object of his affection, Frankie Sanford, got over it quite some time ago, what with her now dating Wayne Bridge, for the past four months or so.
