Yesterday, it was announced that Rafael Dos Anjos will not fight in UFC 196 Saturday week in Las Vegas due to a foot injury. This makes him the 4th opponent in 8 UFC belts that has pulled out of fighting McGregor to date. Jose Aldo famously pulled out of fighting the Dubliner in UFC 189, before being beaten in a matter of seconds when he did finally face the Notorious MMA.Â
As for who McGregor will be fighting instead...

It's been announced that both McGregor will face Nate Diaz instead, in welterweight weight class, and it's a prospect the latter seems to be relishing...
He's going to have to get on his knees and beg...

McGregor, meanwhile, hasn't responded to the news - he's been busy providing moves for the new EA Sports UFC game and appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated.
Shooting for the new EA Sports UFC game tonight.
