If anyone was still in doubt about the draw of Conor McGregor, the ratings from the first episode of The Ultimate Fighter should clear that up.
With McGregor and Urijah Faber in the coaching corner, the first episode of this season beat last year's equivalent by 27% in the ratings.
The two hour special drew in 688,000 viewers, from it's original run and the repeat, which is a huge increase on last season's 490,000.
