Last Friday, Kesha attempted to end her contract with Dr. Luke and Sony amid allegations of sexual assault and it was thrown out of court. According to Us Weekly "The 'TiK ToK' singer, 28, was in tears as Justice Shirley Kornreich denied her injunction at the New York State Supreme Court."
Since then, celebrities have been showing their support via twitter, with Lady Gaga, Lorde, Lily Allen, Iggy Azalea, Ariana Grande and more tweeting the below...
There are people all over the world who love you @KeshaRose. And I can say truly I am in awe of your bravery.

standing with @KeshaRose through this traumatic, deeply unfair time. send good vibes her way everyone
— Lorde (@lorde) February 19, 2016
If two people dont want to be in business with one another it seems very cruel for one to hold the other in a contract.

Demi Lovato posted a number of tweets highlighting women's empowerment...
#FreeKesha ðŸ'— this is only gonna make you stronger, you brave and beautiful girl. Prayers are with you ðŸ™ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ?ðŸÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ?¼ @KeshaRose

Frustrating to see women come forward with their past only to be shot down, not believed & disrespected for their bravery in taking action
— Demi Lovato (@ddlovato) February 21, 2016
Someone tell me why anyone would ever feel brave enough to come forward if they are most likely to be ignored or called a liar?
— Demi Lovato (@ddlovato) February 21, 2016
I'm also ready for self-proclaimed feminists to start speaking out or taking action for women's rights.

At this point, some people were starting to wonder why Taylor Swift hadn't posted anything on the matter...
@taylorswift13 Please speak up for Kesha. You have so much influence. You stood up for artists re: money. Please do the same for abuse. âÂÂÂÂ?¤ï¸ÂÂÂÂ?

As it turns out, Taylor donated money to the singer to help with her legal fees. In a statement to Us Weekly, a rep for Swift said: "In a show of support, Taylor Swift has donated $250,000 to Kesha to help with any of her financial needs during this trying time."
Kesha's mum confirmed the singer's generosity via her own twitter account.
Taylor Swift has just generously donated $250,000. to Kesha, as a show of support during this difficult time.AMAZING!!

A persons wealth is not measured by what they have but by WHO they they help with it. And Taylor Swift is is a truly RICH PERSON.
