Entertainment Tonight confirms that the 25-year old was charged with two misdemeanors, assault, and reckless endangerment yesterday.
This follows an altercation that happened in the early hours of 29th August at 'Angels Gentlemen's Club' in New York City. Cardi is believed to have thrown a chair at "an unintended target".
Cardi will head to court on Oct. 29 for a “Best Appearance Ticket,” which means she will have to pay a fine in court. This undisclosed fine will be her punishment for her charged actions, and she will not have to go to jail. There will be no trial or sentencing. There has been no word yet if the victim wishes to sue the rapper.
