Soon, we may never need to leave our couches again.
Standing up and going outside to interact with people is overrated, ask any scientist or therapist, they'll tell you. That's why it's good news that soon you may not need to leave the comfort of your home to get your hands on your favourite Burger King meal, as it seems that the fast food giant has been trying out a home delivery service in the UK.
They've even set up a website where you can check if your postcode (should you be reading this in the UK) is in the area where they deliver to, but if not, don't fret, as if the trial is successful, then it will be expanded to other areas, and presumably here too.
The menu that's available for delivery doesn't include things like sundaes and milkshakes, and the minimum you can spend is £14 (just over €19), so there'd want to be a few of you ordering to hit that number.
We really want a Burger King now after writing about burgers that whole time. Does that count as some sort of superliminal advertising?
