When I first clapped eyes on these photos, a double take was needed. Brittany Murphy stepped out in LA for the premiere of her new movie, Across the Hall, (the less said about the actual movie the better). However, the pictures didn't look like the Brittany that we all know and love. Her normal figure seems to of disappeared and now, she just looks like a very cold bag of bones. Is it just me or is this a little shocking?
