The Backstreet Boys took their moniker fierce literally last night, making their way to The Brazen Head behind Christchurch for a few shkewps ahead of their O2 gig. It's "officially Ireland's oldest pub", what with it being in operation since 1198, but I'm sure it's predated by a few mountainside síbíns.
According to Independent.ie, this is the first time they've reunited in a decade. Fact fans will also be interested to learn that "they are the most successful boy band in music history" having "sold over 130 million records worldwide."

Despite being together 20 years, making them something akin to granddads in the boyband industry, they manged to mount counter tops - Coyote Ugly stylee - during what appeared to be an impromptu aftershow party.
