The 'Toy Story' song never sounded so... virtual
As the sun begins to shine once again this week, Dublin's Artane Band have banded together with a unique take on Randy Newman's uplifting song.
The Artane Band, who would normally be seen marching around Croke Park this time of year, have moved away from the pitch to create a more virtual experience for all. Gathering together on Zoom, over 50 musicians have done Randy Newman proud by adapting his track 'You Got A Friend In Me', which has become synonymous with Pixar's 'Toy Story'.
The Artane Band took on the task in aid of charity, for the Jack & Jill Children's Foundation. The charity, which is facing a huge shortfall of much-needed funds this year due to events being cancelled, have only just managed to re-open their nine charity shops. Aiming to help out any way that they can, the Dublin band are urging viewers of their video below to donate to the life-changing charity in any way possible. Should you wish to make a donation towards the initiative, you can head over to the Jack & Jill website (by clicking here).

And just for good measure, here's the song from the original 'Toy Story' which we fell in love with back in 1996.
