Oh deary me. It's been a while since we've a had a celebrity land themselves in a sh*t storm upon passing some absurd and insensitive comment. Professor Green has sorted that right out for us though by saying that "Bulimia is quite an intelligent eating disorder."

Why would he say such a thing? Because he wanted to find a way of not getting fat while on his jolliers in NYC with his skinny minnie girlfriend, Millie Mackintosh, that's why.

Yes, as hard as it is to believe when you read this type of thing, these people are far richer than we'll ever be. Sad face. Sparking outrage over Twitter, the rap star then added "It would be easier just to chew food and spit it out but still, you get to eat whatever you want and stay skinny."

Earning himself more than a few unfollows, The Sun report that some of his 1,200,000 fans went berserk on the social media outlet. Some of his followers labelled him "sick and disgusting" while another who goes by the name of C Dawg said "Not your biggest fan, but you are jokkeee."

As with all of these things, it's never long before someone official is on the case to offer their informed rebuttle. Quoted by The Sun, clinical nurse Dan Round explains how life-threatening this disease can be. โ€œThere is a lot of stigma and misunderstanding surrounding eating disorders. They are not just about food and wanting to be thin... It is a serious, potentially fatal, mental illness that affects 1.6 million people in the UK and requires professional help."

Then, adding insult to injury - making himself seem like an even bigger douche, the professor tweeted "I'm over they heads like a bulimic on a sea-saw... Queue all the people who start telling me how insensitive I am and how bulimia jokes aren't funny yadda yadda yadda."

He then continued: "Queue = cue. Apologies. that sin was far worse than making light of an eating condition."

Tosser. *Ahem.
