One parent is writing open letters to the News of The World and the other one appears to be residing on planet denial. In an interview with Grazia magazine (which, again, I'd say he did for free), Mitch Winehouse said of his daughter: "It's clear there are self-image issues, self-loathing. We were recently looking at photos of her five years ago, when she was curvy, and she said, 'I look really happy there'. I said, 'Aren't you happy now, darling?' And she said, 'I've been happier'"... "Aren't you happy now, darling?" Gee dad, between the weight loss, overdoses, dwindling teeth, the hubby in jail and, most recently, my arrest - I'm just tickity boo, but I guess I've been a smidge happier! No wonder she looks like a woman possessed at the moment, although what's more unsettling is noting that sporting pajamas to the shops is something of a global phenomenon... although the bird in the background did go one step further by stuffing the ends of her sleeping attire into her socks. Nice.
