What a great idea.
If you happened to catch this year's 'Late Late Toy Show', no doubt you'll recall Adam - the little chap who wanted to be an astronaut and gave people virtual hugs.
Well, since the he stole the heart of this nation, he's had quite a time of it. He's only gone and talked to Chris Hadfield, former commander of the International Space Station, NASA and the European Space Agency have been in touch, and more besides. Now, however, Adam's virtual hug is going to be a postmark.

Starting from today, all stamped envelopes in Ireland will feature Adam's drawing as a postmark along with the 'Toy Show' appeal. "As we all send love this Christmas, this special hug on every envelope keeps us all connected, even if we can’t hug in person this year," a representative from An Post announced.
Here's Adam announcing the campaign on last night's 'Late Late Show'.
What a champ.
Guess who is giving a virtual hug to everyone? 🤗
