The following are excerpts from Lynne Spears' six-page declaration, in order to get a restraining order against Sam Lufti. The incidents relayed reportedly took place on January 28th: "He has cut Britney's home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything... Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids... Sam told Jackie (I've no idea who that is) and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel. He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain." To cap the proceedings off nicely, Lynne also claimed said: "If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll p*** on her grave." Unnervingly enough, this isn't the first time Sam has used that unfortunate turn of phrase. According to The Sun, Lufti also said to Lynne: "I'm the one who spends 24/7 with your daughter. I sleep in cars outside her house so she can't leave." When Lufti was asked about his latest restraining order (this is his fourth, he has three from other unrelated individuals also), he said: "It won't last. They're never gonna be able to rule her forever." In a word - sinister.
