Sarah Koenig won't be involved, but a new podcast that attempts to keep those who are interested up to date with all the goings on in the case will hit the airwaves (internet waves?) later this month. 

Rabi Choudry, a relative and part of the legal team representing Adnan Syed, will launch a new podcast on April 13th called Undisclosed that looks at the ongoing case of Adnan Syed, who came to fame (of sorts) after Serial became one of the most talked about and listened to shows on the planet. 

Syed is currently serving a life sentence for the murder of Hae Min Lee and has been in prison since he was arrested in 1999, but is awaiting the result of an appeal from which he hopes to get a new trial.

The show promises to be different to Serial though, as it can't rely on the journalistic skills that Koenig brought to the table. As the wesbite for the new show declares, "Undisclosed will examine and explore the case in greater detail, from an investigatory perspective instead of a narrative one". 

What you can expect is, as Chaudry told Mashable, something very different to Serial: "they're journalists, they're broadcasters. We're not any of those things", she stated, adding that they will provide a "different analysis [to what] Serial has already touched on".
