There's just a few things that need to be expelled from the chest before lunchtime.
1: Ivor Callely being awarded €17,000 by the high court for his "loss of earnings during 20-day suspension from the Seanad last year." That's the guts of €1,000 a day. Oh, he was also awarded his legal costs. Mr Justice Iarfhlaith O'Neill said "he was satisfied that Mr Callely had suffered grievously as a result of breaches of his constitutional rights." To recap, it had been found Ivor had "misrepresented his normal place of residence for the purpose of claiming allowances" amounting to €81,000.
2: Michael Martin having people on the FF front bench that have never been elected to the Dail, not to mention Martin requesting the return of Willie O'Dea.
3: Brian Cowen saying on yesterday's RTE news that he was leaving with his "head held high" and his "good name" and "dignity intact"...
4: Brian Cowen receiving €300,000 for leaving the Dail. Learning that he'll also receive a yearly pension in the region of €150,000.
5: Keelin Shanley, on last night's inaugural episode of RTE's The 11th Hour, firstly slipping that Cowen's severance package was only "€30,000" (obviously a mistake... of course it was), followed by "on a personal level, it's a bit hard not to feel sorry for the man... he's had a very, very rough ride."
6: Panelists Eamonn, Elaine and Fintan bickering about the party that never was and getting nowhere fast in the process, with a dollop of alleged sexism thrown in for good measure.
7: Eleanor Tierney's 19th Minute "comedy" segment on the show...
... aaaaaand breeeeeeeathe.
