A group of Cork ladies have gone viral in Ireland this week for meeting some of the Game of Thrones cast on a hen but having no idea who they were.
Caitriona and Cliodhna got the train up from Cork over the weekend with their mam to surprise their sister Michelle with a mini-hen as her real hen party was cancelled because of the snow.
The sisters and their mother went for few pints in Keogh's pub off Grafton St and found themselves next to none other than Liam Cunningham and Maisie Williams aka Davos Seaworth and Arya Stark from Game of Thrones.
That was lost on the ladies though with not one of them fans of the show, with mammy O'Riordan even shooing Maisie on when she tried to sit down, Caitriona told Muireann O'Connell on Today FM.
"It was really quiet, just ourselves in the snug. A gang came in and we thought they knew the barman because they got served kind of quickly," she said.
"My little sister Cliodhna thought she recognised one of them from 'War of the Buttons'. Turns out he's in 'Game of Thrones' as well. So were the rest of them, apparently. But we don't watch it."
She went on to say: "They were lovely, they were really nice. We just weren't taking much notice of them because we didn't know they were anybody important."
There they are now, lucky divils.
