It's hotting up outside entertainment towers, but we all know the weather ain't the only thing that's sending temperatures soaring.
We've been talking all things Sci-Fi in the office, what with Pacific Rim hitting cinemas this week and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D dropping a brand new behind-the-scenes featurette. It's the latter that's set tongues wagging, what with Battlestar Galactica's Tricia Helfer popping up among the cast. She certainly set male and female hearts a' racin as Cylon Number 6 back in the day.

Smart, sassy and seriously sexy, communications officer Uhura was an invaluable member of Captain Kirk's crew. Both of the ladies who played her brought their own personal touch to the role, so we figure they deserve to share the glory.

If you haven't watched Starship Troopers you haven't lived. Seriously. Denise Richards smouldered as the film's golden girl, who had brains and braun to match her beauty. You can see why the lads were fighting over the flight team hottie - sure she was a better pilot than all of 'em combined.
4. Princess Leia - Star Wars
Two words. Gold. Bikini. She was seriouly kick-ass for a Princess too.
