So, yeah, we'll totally watch it

Are you looking for a cheesy all-American comedy/drama? This one's for you.

Look, we all love a bit of cheese every now and again. And given our current situation, you might as well just lean fully into it. 'Yes Day', starring Jennifer Garner, looks like it will tick that cheese box for us next month on Netflix (have we said "cheese" enough times yet?).

Joining Garner in the movie will be Édgar Ramírez from 'The Undoing' and 'American Crime Story', with Jenna Ortega from 'You'. Julian Lerner, Everly Carganilla, and H.E.R. will all appear too.

'Yes Day' is inspired by the illustrated children's book of the same name by Amy Krouse Rosenthal. The book centres around one day in the year whereby parents cannot say "no" to anything their children ask of them. The movie looks like it will follow a similar route, albeit with a bit more meat than a short children's book can create (although it still has a PG rating).

Here's the synopsis for the movie:

Always feeling like they have to say NO to their kids and co-workers, Allison and Carlos decide to give their three kids a YES DAY -- where for 24 hours the kids make the rules. Little did they know that they'd be going on a whirlwind adventure around Los Angeles, that would bring the family closer to each other than ever before.

And here's the trailer.

'Yes Day' will premiere on Netflix Friday, March 12.
