Netflix has released the first official look at the second series of Peter Morgan’s royal drama The Crown along with when you can see it.
The big budget series depicts the life of the reigning queen of England from her early days on the throne, with the inaugural season focusing on her first decade in power. Season 2 will be moving into revolutionary sixties where Elizabeth, played by Claire Foy, is struggling with the scandals surrounding her husband (Matt Smith), and is also dealing with the political and global events of the decade, with Dexter's Michael C. Hall taking on the role of JFK.
