Well, it was fun while it lasted

Disney will have no more of your mocking of their slip-up. They've removed a gaffe in their hit 'Star Wars' spin-off series entirely.

Episode 13 of 'The Mandalorian' debuted on Disney+ last Friday but it was the previous episode that had the internet buzzing.

A shot depicting Greef Karga (Carl Weathers, who also directed the episode, titled 'The Siege'), Cara Dune (Gina Carano), and the Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal) shooting at the enemy contained a mistake.

A crew member in t-shirt and jeans could be spotted in the background.

See it in the left hand side of the frame below.

Many compared the mistake to prior "Jeans Guys" - production crew members that have accidentally ended up in shots of 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' and 'Gladiator'.

They also pointed to the coffee cup that accidentally made its way into 'Game of Thrones' season 8.

The 'Mandalorian' gaffe inspired a number of jokes and memes online.

But as observant viewers have pointed out, the figure has now been digitally removed from the shot.

Shame that - but we had fun while it lasted.

'The Mandalorian' seasons one and two are streaming on Disney+ now. A new episode lands on the streaming service this Friday, 4 December.
