Ah Christ.
While it may not have had the longevity of 'The Simpsons' or 'Family Guy', there's no denying that 'F Is For Family' can sit comfortably alongside them as one of the best animated sitcoms ever made.
Sadly, Netflix is wrapping up 'F Is For Family' with its fifth and final season. Per a report in Vulture, the final season is currently in pre-production and is expected to drop on Netflix at some stage in 2021. With the recent end of 'BoJack Horseman' and dropping 'Tuca & Bertie' after one season, Netflix appears to be slowly backing away from animated adult sitcoms.
'F Is For Family' made its way onto Netflix shortly after 'BoJack Horseman' debuted, and while it never achieved a huge audience, the series was consistently lauded for its humour, developing a cult audience in the process.
Based on the memories of Bill Burr's own childhood, the series had an impressive cast - including Laura Dern, Sam Rockwell, Bill Burr obviously, Gary Cole, Vince Vaughn, and quite a few others.
Here's our favourite scene. It's... a lot to process, but that was half the charm of 'F Is For Family'.
