It wasn't so long ago that Marilyn Manson's brand of dark, rebellious rock music was branded by some sections of the media as being responsible for everything from the destruction of the nuclear family to being blamed for the Columbine disaster. While rightfully distancing himself from that sort of nonsense, Manson took deliberate steps to cultivate a very specific reputation; that of a musical pioneer, willing to push any boundaries in the name of art - no mater how absurd they seemed to the mainstream.
Well now that Manson is approaching the midpoint of his forties, it seems he's not so careful with his image anyway. Manson, real name Brian Warner, has made a make-up free guest appearance on US TV show Eastbound & Down, playing - wait for it - a rollerskating waiter. And, as you can see from the picture above, he looks VERY different indeed. Are we alone in thinking he looks a little bit like Napolean Dynamite's dad?
