We don't know what to make of this one.
Earlier today news broke that Kanye West had arrived at Trump Towers for a meeting.

There was no confirmation as to whether or not West was there to meet Donald Trump but it was assumed that he wouldn't go down there for anything else. And sure enough the pair emerged in the lobby a little while later to pose for pictures and (kind of) answer reporters' questions.

OK so this is more than a little weird. Trump says that the pair are "have been friends for a long time" which will be news to a lot of people despite the fact that West reportedly referred to the President elect as a "genius" during a concert last month and said that had he voted, he would have voted for Trump.
When asked what they discussed during their meeting which reportedly lasted fifteen minutes, Trump merely said "Life."
West didn't answer any questions from the reporters which included and enquiry as to whether or not he plans to run for President himself in 2020. Instead he told reporters that he "just wants to take a picture right now."
This is one of the first public sightings of Kanye since he was hospitalised last month.
