Ash, Aimee and Lisa McHugh will also help ring in 2020
They've headlined the 3Arena on multiple occasions in the past and are more than capable of big gigs - and now Walking on Cars will ring in 2020 with a live audience in Dublin.
The Dingle band, who released their second album 'Colours' earlier this year, have been announced as the headliners of the NYF Countdown Concert on December 31st.
It'll take place at Dublin's Custom House Quay, where the audience will also be treated to a close-up view of the Liffey Lights Midnight Moment firework display as the clock strikes twelve.
Walking on Cars will be joined by Northern Irish rockers Ash, Dublin singer-songwriter Amy and country-pop star Lisa McHugh.
Tickets are €36.90 incl. booking fee and on sale tomorrow from usual outlets at 9am. The event is over-18s.
Four events in total are set to take place in Dublin across December 31st and January 1st. As well as the aforementioned Countdown Concert and the Liffey Lights Midnight Moments, there will be a matinee of the latter in the afternoon. On January 1st, there will be a family-friendly New Year's Day Concert in Temple Bar, with the line-up TBA.
