She covered punk song 'Nausea' and was joined by her dad and some famous friends
It's not every 15-year-old who gets to appear on Jimmy Kimmel's show fronting a supergroup of famous rock stars - but then again, not everyone is Violet Grohl.
Foo Fighters fans might already be aware that Dave Grohl's eldest daughter is fast making a name for herself, and has already toured and sung as a backing vocalist in her dad's band in recent years.
Her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel's show, however, marked a major milestone as it was her first time fronting a band on a major TV show.
The youngster joined her dad Dave and various friends - including Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic and producer Greg Kurstin - as they covered the song 'Nausea' by American punk band X.
The song was recorded for Dave's forthcoming documentary 'What Drives Us', which looks at various bands and how they started out touring in vans.
It's fair to say that she made a fairly good fist of it, all told.
