Lil Uzi Vert said that if the diamond is not removed properly, he could die
The rap game is well known for its overblown displays of bling, but this really takes the biscuit.
Rapper Lil Uzi Vert has gone the extra mile in a tacky display of his wealth by getting a pink diamond worth $24 million implanted into his forehead.
The 26-year-old Philadelphia native, real name Symere Bysil Woods, told fans on Twitter last weekend that he had been paying off the diamond since 2017 and had recently completed the last payment installment.
Yesterday, he posted pictures of the implant - including one that showed blood leaking from under the diamond, and claiming “If I don’t get it took out the right way, I could die .....”. They have since been deleted, but can be seen here.
I’ve been paying for a natural pink diamond from Elliot for years now . This one Stone cost so much I’ve been paying for it since 2017. That was the first time I saw a real natural pink diamond. ♦️ A lot of M’s in my face 🤫 💰 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰

He also said that the diamond was worth more than his cars and his home together.
His Instagram and Twitter posts showing off the finish product, however, remains online - the former captioned only with the phrase 'Beauty is pain'.
