As expected, The National have announced a post-Picnic Dublin date. The Brooklyn band will play The Olympia Theatre on December 2nd. Tickets priced priced €28.50 (Standing & Upper Circle) / €31.50 (Circle) go on sale this Friday September 10th at 9am.
The National's latest album 'High Violet' is probably our favourite of the year so far here at entertainment.ie, and our John Balfe thoroughly enjoyed their set at the Picnic on Sunday. Jim Carroll of the Irish Times has reported rumours that they'll actually play three nights in The Olympia, from December 2nd to 4th.
