New album 'Imploding the Mirage' is due for release in May

Their new album 'Imploding the Mirage' is set for release in May, but The Killers have just unveiled their 'comeback' song.

For the week that's in it, it's very aptly titled 'Caution' and features none other than ex-Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham.

The song is a catchy little tune that (once again) channels Bruce Springsteen, both musically and vocally.

The album itself, which will be released on May 29th, features other big names including kd lang, Weyes Blood, Adam Granduciel from The War on Drugs, Lucius and Blake Mills.

The Killers - who are due to play Dublin's Malahide Castle on June 16th and 17th - also put out a message on social media about their forthcoming tour.

They said that they had been "paying close attention to the recent precautionary measures around the world, and trust that the coronavirus is expected to follow traditional flu season patterns. We look forward to a great summer of shows."
