It's all kicking off in Belfast this August, with US band The Killers and Brit award winners Bastille announced to headline this year's Tennents Vital Festival.
The festival will take place at Belfast's Boucher Road Playing Fields on Thursday 21st August. This will be The Killers second time to play the festival, who last played in 2007. Speaking about the festival Sarah Simmons of Tennents NI said, 'The Killers are undoubtedly one of the biggest bands in the world with a global reputation for their amazing live shows. They'll be joined on the bill by Bastille, who have enjoyed massive breakthrough success in the past year and are one of the most exciting new acts around right now.We're delighted that our partners at MCD have once again secured some incredible acts for the Tennent's Vital bill – it's already shaping up to be a brilliant event.'
Details of a second night will be confirmed in the coming weeks. You can get your hands on tickets on Monday 31st March at 9am through usual outlets. Or if you can't wait that long fans of Tennents Vital on Facebook can avail of pre sales this Saturday.
