The nominations for the 55th annual Grammy Awards have been released - and they shape up mostly as you would have expected. Mumford and Sons, Jay-Z and Kanye West are the favourites to sweep up a hatful of awards, having been nominated for six gongs apiece.
Frank Ocean and Fun. have also been nominated in six different categories, while The Black Keys are up for five awards. Black Keys frontman Dan Auerbach has also been nominated for producer of the year for his outstanding work on Dr. John's outstanding Locked Down album.
The Grammy for Best Album will be contested between Mumford and Sons' Babel, Frank Ocean's channel ORANGE, Fun.'s Some Nights, The Black Keys' El Camino and Jack White's Blunderbuss.
Last February's 54th Grammy Awards was dominated by Foo Fighters, Adele, Bon Iver, Kanye West and Skrillex
