You could probably guess that Taylor Swift is not short of a few bob, but the pop star has now officially been named the highest-earning celebrity by Forbes magazine.
The 'Shake It Off' singer has topped the annual Forbes list of the 100 highest-paid celebrities and at just 26 years of age, she earned an incredible $170 million (€153 million) last year alone. The $200 million that her 1989 world tour brought in - of which she saw $80 million - would have helped on that front. Then there are sponsorship deals with Apple Music, Keds and Diet Coke to factor in.
Other musicians on the list include One Direction at number two ($110 million) and her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris at number 21 ($63 million).
Interestingly, Billboard say that another familiar name on the list, Kim Kardashian, earned 40% of the $51 million she brought in last year from her mobile game app, 'Kim Kardashian: Hollywood' - and that the makers of the game are also due to release an app featuring Taylor Swift later in the year. In that case, don't count against seeing her name at the top of the list in 2017, too.
