Welsh psychedelic rockers Super Furry Animals will commit the final recording stages of their new album to film, according to NME.com.

The band have said that they are shooting "a series of Warhol-like observations, of a band putting the finishing touches to songs, a celebration of the banal nature of the mixing process." The filming was inspired by Mike Figgis' film 'Time Code' and is being carried out entirely on personal cameras.

The material will be released in 21 episodes at superfurry.com, while the final album will get a digital release on March 16th before getting its physical release on April 13th.
