You may remember last year's 'Sparks N' Mind' charity cover album recorded by the students and staff of Temple Bar's Sound Training Centre, with all proceeds going towards Aware. Well, this year the STC crew have put together something similar. 'Behind Closed Doors' features performances from top Irish acts including Corrs, Kila, Dave Geraghty, Ollie Cole, Delorentos and Neo Supervital and aims to raise money for the ISPCC.
The album is being launched in The Button Factory tonight (May 20th) with performances from contributing bands Noise Control, Juno Falls, The Aftermath and History of Harry. Admission is €10 on the door, and proceeds from the event will also go towards the ISPCC.
'Behind Closed Doors' hits shelves tomorrow, Friday May 21st. The release will be marked with a special in-store performance from Delorentos in Tower Records on Wicklow St at 1pm.
