Dakota Young's remains ended up on stage at a Mr. Bungle gig
Many people are die-hard fans of certain bands - but how many of us would go to the lengths of having our remains thrown on stage, mid-gig?
That's what happened with Dakota Young, a young man who was supposed to attend a Mr. Bungle gig (Mike Patton of Faith No More's other band) in Brooklyn.
Sadly, he died unexpectedly before the gig, but his friends ensured that he still attended by throwing a package of his ashes - wrapped in his underwear - on stage.
It's not clear whether the band were aware what was happening, but video footages shows the package flying through the air leaving a trail of dust behind it, before exploding when it hits the stage.
Watch a Mr. Bungle fan throw his dead friend’s ashes (wrapped in a pair of his underwear) up on stage during the band’s show, as fitting a final resting place as we can imagine. R.I.P. Dakota Young. pic.twitter.com/ePY4BJupI4

The band, who are currently playing live for the first time in 20 years, have not yet commented.
