The newest boutique festival on the block, Solas, takes place later this month in Co. Carlow.
August 16th and 17th will see a sizeable throng descend on Huntington Castle for the first Solas festival, which takes place in "50 acres of woodland amidst the lush scenery of the Wicklow Mountains".
The capacity for the event, which sees a mostly-Irish line-up hit seven stages, is 4000, and organisers promise an eclectic mix of genres - as well as free camping and car parking.
Tickets are €120 for a two-day ticket (from Tickets.ie and Ticketmaster.ie) and camping is permitted on the Friday (August 15th).
