The gig calendar is filling up for 2023
A new glut of music and comedy gigs have been announced this morning.
Ricky Gervais will bring his 'Armageddon' tour to Dublin's 3Arena this summer. The comedian and actor will embark on a global tour throughout 2023 that includes a Dublin date on July 11th. Tickets go on sale from usual outlets this coming Friday, March 31st at 10am.
Meanwhile, Chemical Brothers have also announced a date at the 3Arena; the dance music stalwarts - who are currently working on their tenth studio album, set for release later this year - will play the Dublin venue on November 1st. Tickets also on sale this Friday, March 31st at 9.30am, with a Ticketmaster pre-sale available from Wednesday 29th.
New York band The Walkmen will play Dublin later this summer, having reconvened late last year after a ten-year hiatus. Hamilton Leithauser and co. will play Vicar Street on August 23rd; tickets are on sale this Friday, March 31st at 10am with a fan pre-sale available from Wednesday 29th.
Finally, American dream pop band Cigarettes After Sex will play the 3Olympia Theatre on November 25th; tickets are from €38 and on sale this Friday, March 31st at 10am.
