The 'Say So' singer admitted that she had a 'four-day symptom freakout'

If you were looking for the 2020 example of 'karma' in the dictionary, this may be a prime contender.

Obviously it's not very nice to wish ill health upon anyone, but rapper Doja Cat was forced to eat a slice of humble pie recently.

The 'Say So' singer admitted that she contracted Covid-19 after previously mocking those who were concerned about it on an Instagram Live video from a few months ago. "Bitch, I'm not scared of a coronavirus! I’m gonna get corona and then I’m gonna get a Corona, cause I don’t give a fuck about corona, bitch. It’s a flu!," she said. "Ya’ll are pussies. You just take some Mucinex and drink water and some tea, and sleep. That's all you gotta do."

Now, however, she has somewhat sheepishly admitted that she did, in fact, catch the virus in a new interview with Capital XTRA. "I got COVID," she said. "Honestly, I don’t know how this happens but I guess I ordered something off of Postmates [a food delivery service in the US], and I don’t know how I got it but I got it."

She added "I'm okay now, but it was a four-day symptom freak-out, but I'm fine now."
