US stadium rockers Bon Jovi have confirmed Richie Sambora will not be joining the group on their forthcoming US & European Tour. The 51 year old legendary guitarist is set to re-enter rehab for a drinking problem.
Although no replacement for the tour has been announced, Sambora has received the support of his band mates with them stating "Although he will be absent from upcoming shows for the time being, we very much look forward to his healthy return"
This is the Sambora's 3rd stint in rehab and comes on the back of him finishing probation for drink driving charges.
Bon Jovi play the RDS this 29th & 30th June.
