The tour forms part of a European tour, which takes in the likes of Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, Amsterdam, London, Cardiff, Hamburg and - of course - Dublin. The tour is in support of Cave's new album, 'Ghosteen', which went on release earlier this month.

Cave previously played Dublin two years ago at the Royal Kilmainham Hospital, with support from Patti Smith on the night. Before that, there'd been a ten-year gap between concerts. Oddly enough, no price point has been announced for the tickets, but it's early days yet.
