Having recovered from a potentially career-threatening neck injury suffered during rehearsals for touring, multi-platinum recording artist Jason Derulo has announced details of a massive European tour which will take in a date in Dublin's O2 on March 30th.

Since bursting onto the scene in 2009, Durelo has become a global force selling over 15 million tracks domestically and 25 million worldwide due to a string of Top 10 singles: "Watcha Say," "In My Head," "Ridin' Solo", "Don't Wanna Go Home," "It Girl,", “The Other Side” and the latest “Talk Dirty To Me”.

Back in January 2012, Derulo suffered a catastrophic neck injury while rehearsing for a world tour to support his sophomore album Future History. He reveals that the "emotionally draining" accident gave him a greater appreciation for life and his career.

"That one experience helped me to grow up in a second," he says. "I was on autopilot. I was going around the world. I was performing. I was just literally going through the motions...When that kind of thing is taken away from you, you realize how much you appreciate what you love doing and who you love."

Now fully recovered, Derulo is surely itching to get on tour and you'll have your chance to check him out in the O2 next March. Tix are on sale this Friday at 9am, priced at €39.50.
