Twerk queen Miley Cyrus is at it again, provoking parents and press by claiming that her Bangerz tour will be ''educational for kids''. Furthermore, Miley claims that her live show will expose children to ''a form of art most people don't know about''.

The former Hannah Montana stated: "Even though parents probably won't think this, I think my show is educational for kids. They're going to be exposed to art most people don't know about. People are taught to look at things so black and white, especially in small towns. I'm excited to take this tour to places where [art] like this wouldn't be accepted, where kids wouldn't learn about this different kind of art."

Presumably, this innovative high-art concept involves the straddling of a large plastic hot dog, as pictured below, which Miley posted on her Twitter account less than a day after these comments.

Well it certainly looks groundbreaking. The gigs themselves will consist of a 90 minute set followed by an unplugged acoustic performance, which she says will help people to look past the ''shock value" of her sexed up on screen antics.

"People want to talk about my clothes, what I’m going to be wearing, what I’m not going to be wearing. I don’t want it to just be about the clothes. What unplugged does is make people look past the shock value."

The shock value in question, for those of you living under a rock, is Miley's proud transition from teen princess to drug loving, sex crazed rebel, which has both infuriated and enticed the public since last August's now infamous VMA's performance. Since then Cyrus has played master of puppets to the American nation and beyond, outraging the mainstream media and grabbing countless headlines all the while making a mint through her controversial new persona. Personally, I have to say I admire her somewhat evil genius. Plus, would it be absolutely terrible to say the songs aren't half bad?

In any case, you can catch this self proclaimed spectacle at The O2 on May 20th for a whopping €75.00.
