Members of The Killers, Keane, Mumford and Sons and Noah and the Whale have teamed up to release a country album.
The new band is called Mt Desolation and includes The Killers' drummer Ronnie Vannucci, Noah And The Whale violinist Tom Hobden, Mumford and Sons banjo player Winston Marshall and Keane's keyboardist Tim Rice-Oxley as well as their live bassist Jesse Quin.
Mt Desolation are set to release their as yet untitled album, produced in London by Emery Dobyns, later in the year. They are also gearing up for some live shows, including a London gig at the Luminaire on June 4th.
