A 34 year old man from Manchester has denied conspiring to murder Joss Stone. Kevin Liverpool was arrested on 14th June after a suspiscious vehicle was spotted near Stone's home in Devon. 31 year old Junior Bradshaw is also charged with conspiring to harm and rob Stone and was present in court but did not enter a please.
Both men have been remanded in custody and will appear in court once more in December and then a formal trial will commence in August 2012. They were detained by the authorities and charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm and robbery.
Stone was not present in court, but her mother Wendy was in the public gallery.
