"It may not be the same, but trust me, it'll blow your knickers off"
It's hard to believe, but it looks like an Oasis reunion may actually be happening after all these years - although it may not involve every member.
There are many who would argue that it's not a real reunion without both Liam and Noel Gallagher taking part, but it seems that Liam is determined to press on with his plans for a charity gig for the NHS.
He took to Twitter last night to "clear up a few things" - most notably that all money raised would go to the NHS, and that it would go ahead with or without Noel.
"It may not be the same, but trust me, it'll blow your knickers off," he said. The tweet has been liked over 100,000 times in just over 12 hours.
Wanna clear a few things up oasis gig for NHS charity as in all money raised goes to NHS not to me will happen with or with out Noel Gallagher it may not be the same but trust me it’ll still blow you knickers off as you were LG x

C’mon NOEL GALLAGHER

When a fan asked whether it would involve the likes of other band members Alan White, Gem Archer (who now plays in Noel's band) et al, he said "I’ll be asking the old boys I’m sure Rkid won’t let the new chaps."
Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs even replied and it looks like he's on board...

Meanwhile, Noel has still not commented - but fans have urged him to put aside his differences with his brother and take part.
Noel should put this shit behind him for a good cause. Has nothing to do with them being ‘friends/brothers’ again. Turn up. Do the gig. Fuck off. The amount of £ that would be raised for a great cause should be enough to pursued him. But then again it’s Noel. If not get RA in.

@NoelGallagher right, here's the thing, you both are successful on your own, you have beef with each other but what are you gonna say once of you are no longer here, god forbid! I wish we had done one last gig?? Suck it up buttercup and get it on! You know it makes sense!! #ghb

I think an Oasis gig with 250,000 people in a field would be the perfect response to this current horror because the pre-internet 90s were GREAT and everyone felt safer, happier and less stressed. Perhaps a Liam and Noel reunion is what we need to bring things full circle ? https://t.co/yqVsjBK3HM

Meanwhile, we're fully on board with this suggestion.
Do a gig for the HSE in Ireland too ?
