Liam Gallagher dedicated a song to his brother Noel at a Japan Rock Festival last weekend. The feuding brothers performed at the Japan's Fuji Rock Festival with their bands 'Beady Eye' and 'High Flying Birds' on separate nights.

Using the occasion to mock his brother, Liam who was playing with 'Beady Eye' on the first night of the festival dedicated ‘Rock and Roll Star' to 'The one and only Noel Gallagher' and then ‘Morning Glory' to the 'High Flying Smurfs'

Noel and the High Flying Birds headlined the following night playing mostly songs from the band's debut album and finished with an encore of four Oasis songs. Speaking previously of how he felt about him and his brother headlining the festival on alternative days, Noel said 'I don't think either camp would allow it. What happens if we're on the same bill? People start asking if we're reforming, that's what. Or they'll ask if we're going to get on stage together and sing 'Digsy's fucking Dinner'.
He added 'I don't need that and I doubt he does either. I'd rather avoid it all together, thank you.' Looks like we won't be holding our breath for an Oasis reunion tour anytime soon!

Liam Gallagher is set to perform at the Olympics closing ceremony and according to NME sources this gig was originally offered to Noel who turned it down.
