If you're an Ennio Morricone fan who has never gotten around to seeing the Maestro live, you'll have one last chance to see him on Irish shores.
The legendary Italian composer, who is responsible for countless film soundtracks including Once Upon a Time in the West, The Mission, Cinema Paradiso, The Good, The Bad and the Ugly and many more, will play his final Irish concert at the 3Arena on September 23rd.
As he turns 90 years old this year, he will not be returning to Ireland as he retires from international touring. He said: “I have been moved by the passion for my music and the appreciation shown by Irish audiences on previous visits. I must play one final show in Dublin before I retire. I expect this to be an emotional and very special evening for all".
Tickets are from €87 including booking fee, and on sale from usual outlets next Friday, January 27th at 9am.
