'Cooked with Cannabis' is a six-episode cooking competition
It's safe to say that we've probably all been watching a bit more TV than usual over the past week, and will probably continue to do so for the forseeable.
If you're looking for a Netflix show that's a little bit unusual, however, Kelis's new cooking show might do the trick.
If you follow the 'Milkshake' singer on social media, you'll be aware that she's also a keen chef and regularly posts recipes.
Now, she's announced her first cooking show 'Cooked with Cannabis', which - as the title suggests - is a contest in which the chefs have to incorporate cannabis into their meals.
On each of the series' six episodes, three professional chefs will compete to create a three-course cannabis-infused meal, with the eventual winner bagging $10,000.
Some famous faces show up as dinner guests too, including Ricki Lake and rapper El-P. Kelis will co-host with chef Leather Storrs.
"As a chef, I was intrigued by the food and as an everyday person, I was interested in how powerful this topic is in today's society," she said on Instagram. "In this country, many things have been used systematically to oppress groups of people, but this is so culturally important for us to learn and grow together."
Of course, it lands on Netflix on April 20th - or 4/20, a notable date in cannabis culture. We see what they did there.
