The director looked somewhat mortified
Martin Scorsese, a Justin Timberlake fan? It appears so - and Mr. JT is only delighted about the fact, too.
Timberlake has had a troubling week since his arrest for DWI, but he had something to smile about the other night when the iconic director turned up at his Madison Square Garden gig.
The 'Cry Me a River' singer gave Scorsese a shout-out at the New York event, pausing during his set to acknowledge the 'Goodfellas' director. "I hope this doesnโt embarrass him too much, but Iโm sorry, man, I gotta do this," said Timberlake. "The GOAT came to see me, the one and only Martin Scorsese. So many family and friends butโฆ I see some new faces, too."
Scorsese is then seen looking somewhat embarrassed, smiling and waving as the crowd cheer loudly. Timberlake's wife, actress Jessica Biel, was also spotted.
