That James Blunt ain't a bad old skin, y'know.
Although he may be responsible for one of the most popular yet derided songs of the noughties, 'You're Beautiful', Blunt takes the abuse in good grace if his amusing Twitter feed is anything to go by.
He also apparently keeps a close eye on Tweets, as Irish journalist Chris Wasser found out yesterday.
The last time Blunt played Dublin's Vicar Street, he dedicated 'You're Beautiful' to Chris - who had interviewed him previously - after seeing his name on the press guestlist.
Yesterday, the Englishman was playing the 3Arena and once again, Chris was sent off to review the gig. He posted this tweet:
Last time James Blunt played a gig here, he dedicated THAT song to me in front of 1,000 people. Seriously. Guess where I'm heading tonight.

It was spotted by Mr. Blunt, who didn't repeat his dedication - but instead, got in touch with Chris via his label and invited him backstage for a beer after the gig.
James Blunt read a Tweet I posted yesterday & requested that we meet for a beer after his show. Naturally, I agreed. pic.twitter.com/7t5N4BXBzi

Now that's what I call rather sound. Good work, Blunty...
