As a celebration of Guinness' 250th anniversary, Ireland's national drink has launched 'Arthur's Day', taking place on September 24th with loads of high profile acts playing in venues in Dublin, New York, Lagos, Cameroon and Kuala Lumpur, among them the Black Eyed Peas, Kasabian and Estelle.

The official launch of Arthur's Day took place in the Oliver St John Gogarty in Temple Bar yesterday, when the entertainment.ie team had a bit of a chat with Noah and the Whale, who'll be playing in the Dublin celebrations.

The full Dublin line up for Arthurs day was announced, and includes gigs pubs and venues all around Dublin, including Tripod, Vicar St, Whelan's, The Academy and St. James' Gate. Gigs cost between €9 and €17.59 and go on sale from ticketmaster and usual outlets at 9am next Thursday July 23rd.
